Priority Location: LATAM South Africa and Philippines
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM PST
Salary Range: 1800 - 2200 USD/month

About the Role: We are seeking a full-time hands-on Social Media and Paid Ads Specialist to lead digital growth for a doctor-founded eye care skincare this role you will drive traffic brand awareness audience engagement and revenue as the product line expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and post Instagram and TikTok content 45 times a week on each platform plus daily Stories. Keep the content calendar 2 weeks ahead.
- Edit short-form videos from founder and creator footage (hooks captions trending audio a clean clinical look). Make static and carousel graphics.
- Run Meta ads: campaign setup pixel health checks audiences and retargeting. Test 35 new ad creatives a week. TikTok ads are a plus.
- Find micro-creators reach out to them ship them product and track their affiliate codes and usage rights.
- Answer comments and DMs within 1 business day. Pass product or medical questions to Dr. Zhang.
- Build the welcome and cart-abandonment email flows and send one email campaign a week.
- Update the weekly scoreboard with visitors orders revenue ad spend and cost per sale.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience running Meta Ads for an e-commerce brand
- Proven track record of driving results
- Able to show previous work campaign examples and outcomes
- Strong understanding of paid social and performance marketing
- Comfortable working independently and owning responsibilities end-to-end
- Strong written English
- Able to work with partial overlap in U.S. time zones

- Experience with skincare beauty or wellness brands

- Experience managing organic social content
- Comfortable handling customer-facing social interactions
