Site Logistics Assistant Manager

Danao City Cebu On-site Full-time Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan organize lead and control warehousing operations for raw materials packaging materials and spare parts.
• Direct and oversee day-to-day site activities to maintain smooth uninterrupted inbound outbound and inventory flows.
• Partner with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and external service providers to ensure the reliability and proper upkeep of cold and dry storage facilities material handling equipment and warehouse utilities.
• Monitor stock aging closely identifying and flagging near-expiry or slow-moving items for timely and proper disposition.
• Enforce full compliance with prescribed receiving handling and storage guidelines across all raw and packaging materials at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in warehouse and inventory management within a manufacturing environment (open to candidates from any manufacturing industry).
• Extensive hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) inventory control processes and SAP or other major ERP systems.
• Strong leadership decision-making and organizational skills with a track record of building positive cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to direct teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in Danao City Cebu nearby municipalities or have local relatives in the area.
