We are seeking a Site Engineer with 510 years of experience in road highway and infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations ensuring construction activities are completed safely on time and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site for road highway and infrastructure projects
- Ensure work is executed according to approved plans drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and report any delays issues or risks
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and project teams
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality safety and compliance with standards (e.g. DPWH)
- Assist in project planning scheduling and resource allocation
- Review and interpret technical drawings and assist in resolving site issues
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and documentation
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred
- 510 years of experience in site engineering for road highway or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and safety standards
- Experience in site supervision and contractor coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or government (DPWH) projects
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Willingness to be assigned on-site
