The Service Delivery Finance Operations role is responsible for executing and managing end-to-end finance processes within a shared services environment. The role ensures high-quality service delivery process efficiency and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute finance processes (RTR PTP OTC CMA Pricing etc.)
• Ensure accuracy timeliness and compliance of transactions
• Monitor and meet SLAs and KPIs
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• For leadership roles: manage team performance capacity and development

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• Staff: 13 years experience
• Senior/Lead: 48 years experience
• Manager: 8 years experience with leadership
• Shared services/BPO experience preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
