We are hiring for a Service Associate - Finance (Receiving).

As a Service Associate - Finance (Receiving) we rely on you to:

• Ensurethat all goods received are within the standard specification set by SLIM as to quality and quantity
• CheckPurchase Orders in terms of Right Supplier standard specification price and quantity
• Ensurethat invoices are properly stamped and acknowledged by the end-users
• Preparereceiving report undelivered items report rejection log report and temperature log report on a daily basis and prepares the late delivery and deliveries not passing receiving report on monthly basis

We are looking for someone who:

• Is self-driven goal-oriented and able to challenge the status quo
• Upholds professional values ethics and integrity at all times
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
• Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Preferably possesses working experience in a 5* international hotel
