ICATS Motors Inc. is seeking a highly motivated customer-oriented and results-driven Changan Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As the primary liaison between customers and the service department you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience by ensuring efficient service coordination and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with their vehicle service and maintenance needs.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspections and accurately identify customer concerns.
- Prepare repair orders service quotations and cost estimates.
- Explain recommended repairs maintenance requirements and service timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with Service Technicians Parts Department and Warranty Personnel to ensure smooth workshop operations.
- Monitor repair progress and provide regular service updates to customers.
- Ensure all service documentation is accurate complete and properly filed.
- Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and policies.
- Perform quality checks before vehicle release to ensure all requested work has been completed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive service retention and customer loyalty.
- Achieve service department performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Automotive Technology Mechanical Engineering Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 12 years of experience as a Service Advisor Service Receptionist or in a customer-facing automotive role.
- Knowledge of automotive systems preventive maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and dealership management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer concerns effectively.
- Must possess a valid professional or non-professional drivers license with a good driving record.
- Experience in an automotive dealership environment is an advantage.
