Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive to oversee workplace safety occupational health and safety security and risk management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Occupational Health & Safety programs and compliance.
• Manage Occupational Health & Safety Committee activities.
• Coordinate DOLE-mandated safety training and OSH programs.
• Conduct safety inspections risk assessments and accident investigations.
• Lead security threat and risk assessments for offices and facilities.
• Coordinate investigations of major safety and security incidents.
• Implement workplace safety security and emergency response measures.
• Work with management employees contractors landlords and government agencies.
• Ensure facilities comply with applicable safety fire building electrical and engineering standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Safety Facilities Management or a related field.
• 56 years of relevant experience.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent is required.
• Strong experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience in safety inspections risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of Philippine safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in security and facilities management is an advantage.
• Multinational company experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
