Senior Vendor Management Analyst, GWAM Vendor Management

Job Summary
- Lead vendor oversight activities including scorecards SLA tracking and System and Organization Controls (SOC) report reviews
- Analyze and validate vendor data ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems (e.g. ProcessUnity PowerBI)
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and support issue resolution and escalations
- Monitor vendor performance risks and industry updates to support decision-making
- Drive process improvements automation initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Act as a point of contact for operations and support cross-functional collaboration
- 2 years of experience in financial services vendor management or operations
- 2 years of experience using MS Office tools including intermediate Excel (pivot tables formulas)
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- This role follows a fixed night shift aligned with North American business hours. Candidates should be comfortable working night schedules on a regular basis.
- Knowledge of risk and control financial markets or asset management industry
- Experience in process improvement or automation initiatives
- Familiarity with reporting tools or systems (e.g. ProcessUnity Power BI BitSight)
