Job Summary
- Configure and develop Salesforce solutions to support the migration from managed package objects to a
- custom or industry-specific data model
- Design build and maintain solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support business processes
- and workflows
- Develop and configure Omnistudio components including Omniscripts Data Mappers Integration
- Procedures and Flex Cards
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce
- configurations
- Support data model transitions ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to existing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues across Salesforce modules
- Document technical designs configurations and processes for ongoing maintenance and knowledge
- sharing
- Participate in code and configuration reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and platform

- Contribute to Apex development efforts as needed to support custom functionality
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration or related experience
- Proven experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Omnistudio tools including Omniscripts Data Mappers Integration Procedures and Flex Cards
- Apex development experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling and platform architecture principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical and business
- stakeholders

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field 3 years of experience in manual quality assurance testing or related experience Proficiency in work item tracking tools such as Jira Experience with test case management tools such as Zephyr Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies including functional regression and exploratory testing Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify document and communicate defects clearly Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with lead resources and cross-functional teams Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities and testing schedules Strong organizational skills to manage multiple test cases and track progress efficiently Strong QA fundamentals ability to write test scripts execute them and log tickets. JIRA experience must be comfortable using JIRA for ticketing and collaboration. Zephyr exposure since Zephyr is integrated with JIRA familiarity is expected. Test planning skills not just test case creation but ability to create test plans estimates and documentation. Salesforce testing experience highly preferred as Salesforce is complex.
