We are looking for Senior Road Engineersto join our Roads Delivery team to help deliver quality design models drawings reports and calculations for a wide range of projects. Working with established standards and procedures youll bring sound judgement technical curiosity and a collaborative mindset to help shape practical drainage solutions.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Perform road engineering duties including but not limited to:
• Develop and deliver geometric road designs and associated infrastructure including intersections roundabouts car parks active transport facilities earthworks access roads and other related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Provide technical guidance mentoring and support to junior engineers and designers.
• Perform engineering calculations assessments and prepare technical reports.
• Engage effectively with clients and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards project requirements and industry best practices.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years or more of experience in road and transport infrastructure engineering.
• Strong understanding of road design principles and international road design standards.
• Australian design experience is highly regarded.
• Other international civil engineering project experience will also be highly regarded.
• Experience in a consulting engineering or infrastructure delivery environment.
• Strong technical writing analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse clients and project teams.
• Experience with 12d and/or OpenRoads is highly regarded
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead project teams.
