Senior Recruiter Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple client accounts. This role goes beyond execution you will serve as a trusted hiring partner to clients mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of our recruitment processes. Flexihire Talent is a Canada-based recruitment and HR solutions company providing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and HR Operations (HRO) support to international clients across multiple industries. As a growing startup we need someone who can contribute from day one. This role requires proven recruitment experience. We are not able to train candidates new to recruitment so we can only consider applicants who already have the skills and track record outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple assigned roles simultaneously across diverse client accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing strategic hiring advice and regular pipeline updates
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards Boolean search referrals and talent communities
• Conduct in-depth competency-based screening and interviews; deliver well-qualified well-briefed shortlists
• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records pipelines and reporting in the ATS
• Lead offer negotiations and manage candidate expectations through to acceptance
• Mentor and support junior recruiters sharing sourcing strategies and best practices
• Contribute to process improvements playbooks and recruitment frameworks for the team
• Consistently meet and exceed hiring targets quality benchmarks and turnaround deadlines

Requirements

• 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with agency or RPO background strongly preferred
• Proven track record managing multiple roles and client relationships simultaneously
• Experience working with international clients across different time zones
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing skills
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal client-facing confidence is essential
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex high-volume requisitions with autonomy
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and digital recruitment tools
• Reliable internet connection and a fully equipped remote work setup

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for tech marketing or go-to-market roles
• Background in building or refining structured interview and assessment processes
• Experience leading or coaching a small recruiting team
• Familiarity with employer branding or talent marketing initiatives

Working Conditions and Location
This role is fully remote with Eastern Standard Time (EST) 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
