Senior Quality Engineer

Position Responsibilities:

• Reviews and translates requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback to product developers
• Creates maintains and executes automation test scripts
• Analyzes automation results and investigate failures
• Designs detailed and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Identifies KPIs for product quality
• Tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities defect frequency first time pass rate
• Keeps up-to-date on latest test software and frameworks
• Drives software development process to quality-centric methodologies
• Identifies Quality Assurance process bottlenecks and design and implement solutions
• Controls updates and distributes new and revised quality standards and technical changes
• Prepares and deliver formal quality audit reportsKnowledge & skillsExpert in software quality assurance
• Expert inwriting broad test plans and test cases
• Expert inCucumber Selenium and open-source testing frameworks
• Expert indifferent testing techniques i.e. UI testing Automated testing; familiar with behaviour driven testingCollaborative attitude willingness to work with team members; able to coach participate in code reviews share skills and methodsConstantly learns from both success and failure
• Good verbal and written communication; effectively articulates technical vision possibilities and outcomes
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
• Experiments with emerging technologies and understanding how they will impact what comes next

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of Quality Engineering experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Automation Testing
• At least 2 years of experience in Playwright
• Experience in Selenium

Preferred Qualifications:

• Test Automation Framework experience
