About the Job:

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer () to join our clients team and help ensure the delivery of high-quality web and mobile this role you will design develop and maintain automated testing frameworks execute comprehensive test suites and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software issues. You will play a key role in improving test coverage enhancing automation processes and supporting continuous integration and delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using JavaScript ().
• Build and execute UI functional regression integration and end-to-end automated test suites.
• Develop and maintain mobile automation tests using Appium and UIAutomator2.
• Create and enhance web automation frameworks using WebdriverIO Selenium and Puppeteer Core.
• Write and maintain automated test cases using Mocha and Chai.
• Perform API testing and validation using Axios or similar HTTP client tools.
• Generate review and analyze automated test reports using Allure Reporting.
• Create dynamic test data and automation scenarios using .
• Manage test environment configurations using dotenv and other configuration tools.
• Collaborate with developers product managers and QA teams to troubleshoot defects and improve software quality.
• Support CI/CD integration and continuously improve automation frameworks processes and test coverage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 4 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation or Software Test Automation with strong proficiency in JavaScript ().
• Hands-on experience with Mocha and Chai testing frameworks.
• Experience with WebdriverIO Selenium and Puppeteer Core for web automation testing.
• Experience with mobile automation testing using Appium and UIAutomator2.
• Strong experience in API testing using Axios or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Allure Reporting for automated test reporting and analysis.
• Experience using for test data generation.
• Knowledge of environment configuration management using dotenv.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies SDLC Agile and Scrum practices.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and working with Git is an advantage.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs microservices cross-browser and cross-platform testing is a plus.
• Must be currently based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces and able to occasionally work onsite if required.
