Senior Project Manager Legal Regulatory and Community Projects

As a Senior Project Manager in the legal Regulatory and Community Team your mission is on time delivery.  You will lead complex regulatory-driven transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards in execution governance and stakeholder management.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop measures to mitigate them
• Budget and Resource Planning: Ensure adherence to project budgets and optimal allocation of resources
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams promote collaboration and ensure smooth communication
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and continuously improve project management processes
• Reporting: Regularly prepare status reports for management and present project results

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in IT project/program management within financial services
• Very good organizational skills ensuring success in delivery through planning executing progress reporting controlling reporting and monitoring of the project activities
• Strong knowledge of project governance risk management and delivery methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall)
• Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and team members alike on all seniority levels
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach
• Resilience to stress
• Full professional fluency in English

It would be a real bonus if you have

• Knowledge of the Avaloq platform and financial services
