Senior Project Analyst, Procurement (Night shift)

• Maintain project plans RAID logs (risks assumptions issues dependencies) and overall project trackers

• Prepare weekly status updates (progress upcoming milestones risks/blockers decisions needed)

• Capture meeting agendas notes decisions and action items; follow up with owners to drive closure

• Support project governance routines (cadence templates documentation standards stakeholder communications)

• Build basic analysis to support project decisions (e.g. progress vs plan volume trends exceptions backlog)

• Coordinate inputs across stakeholders to support on-time delivery of project deliverables

• Maintain a clean repository of project artifacts (requirements process maps test plans training materials rollout comms)

• Support change management execution by tracking communications training and rollout readiness tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• Experience supporting projects in an analyst or coordinator capacity

• Experience in procurement operations shared services or related business processes

• Familiarity with project management tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)

• Proven ability to maintain positive working relationships across departments/divisions

• Experience supporting process rollouts

• Self-starter capable of working independently in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

• Strong organizational and time management skills with commitment to meeting deadlines
