Senior Planner (Remote within the Philippines)

This role leads the planning and scheduling function across multiple construction projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives contractual obligations and client expectations.

Key responsibilities:

Establish planning standards methodologies and best practices across all projects

Deliver highlevel schedule and progress reports to senior management clients and stakeholders

Identify project risks propose mitigation strategies and highlight opportunities for efficiency

Collaborate with project managers site teams and other stakeholders to ensure integration and milestone achievement

Ensure adherence to contractual requirements regulatory standards and corporate policies

Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related discipline; Masters degree preferred

1012 years of experience in project planning and scheduling with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Expertise in Primavera P6 MS Project and advanced scheduling tools

Strong knowledge of critical path method (CPM) earned value management (EVM) and schedule risk analysis

Proven ability to lead teams manage stakeholders and influence executive decisions

Strategic mindset with ability to balance detail and bigpicture objectives

Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences

Strong leadership mentoring and teambuilding capabilities

Experience in largescale infrastructure or commercial construction projects

Working Conditions:

Part-time on-call

Travel when needed to different project sites
