Senior Payroll Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

Overview
Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across APAC countries ensuring accurate timely and compliant payroll delivery while partnering with HR Finance and payroll vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate payroll for APAC countries (primarily the Philippines with exposure to Singapore Malaysia Australia and New Zealand).
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax and statutory requirements.
• Perform payroll audits reconciliations and reporting.
• Support payroll system updates testing and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payroll issues.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of payroll experience in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of APAC payroll regulations and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems/HRIS and payroll vendors.
• Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in payroll transformation automation and year-end processing.
• Exposure to regional or global payroll operations.
