Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead a high-performing operations support team responsible for delivering exceptional service to senior business leaders. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence developing people leaders improving processes and building trusted partnerships across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strategic people leader with strong stakeholder management skills experience leading large and geographically dispersed teams and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coach and develop managers and their teams to consistently deliver high-quality operational support.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving service delivery efficiency and team performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Act as a strategic partner by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall employee and stakeholder experience.
  • Foster an inclusive collaborative and high-performance culture built on trust and accountability.
  • Lead change initiatives and support the organization through periods of growth and transformation.
  • Monitor team performance establish best practices and ensure operational objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies governance standards and operational procedures.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation across the function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in operations shared services business support or a similar environment.
  • Proven experience managing large teams including leaders or managers across multiple locations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with senior leaders.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive operational improvements.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand cross-functional operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other business productivity tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic and evolving environment.
