Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Leadership:

  • Lead the design implementation and evaluation of the assigned training program ensuring alignment with organizational goals and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives outcomes and success metrics.
  • Coordinate training sessions workshops and activities while managing logistics and resources effectively.
  • Mentor and support team members and stakeholders fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Utilize data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of the training program and implement necessary adjustments.

Program Management and Development:

  • Oversee the development and execution of various training programs across the organization.
  • Identify training needs and gaps collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored learning solutions.
  • Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to management on progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date engaging and aligned with best practices in adult learning.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

  • Lead efforts to enhance learning operations identifying areas for improvement in processes tools and methodologies.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to measure the impact of training initiatives and make recommendations for enhancement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the learning and development team encouraging innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Stay informed on trends and advancements in learning technologies integrating new tools as appropriate to enhance the learning experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Support the integration of learning initiatives into the workflow of different capabilities across GLE team ensuring training is aligned with departmental goals and strategies.
  • Advocate for a culture of continuous learning across departments encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration among teams.
  • Serve as main representative to champion best practices in learning and development facilitating the effective sharing of resources tools and insights.
