Job Summary
- Design configure maintain ContiTechs global Windows Client Environment based on Windows 11 and MDT
- Design configure maintain (future) Windows Client Environment based on Intune and Autopilot
- Design implement maintain global tools related to ContiTechs Windows Client service (interfacing with Active Directory MDT SQL-based databases)
- Responsible for operational task advanced testing & documentation within the Windows Client area
- Provider Management for 2nd and 3rd Level Provider
- Knowledge management and knowledge transfer to local IT Administrator community and external service providers
- Project coordination work and project related tasks related to Windows Client
- Design configure maintain ContiTechs global MAC Client environment (based on Intune)
Qualifications :
- Degree in IT System Engineer Information Technology Degree or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to work in a global distributed team
- Minimum 3 years experience in Windows (10) client area
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Good knowledge of network infrastructure and Active Directory integration
- Knowledge in Client deployment mechanisms (MDT SCCM etc.)
- Good knowledge of scripting (especially PowerShell)
- Good communication skills: Fluent in English language
- Good Knowledge of MacOS
- Basic Knowledge of SQL
- Other Competencies and Skills
- Service teamwork and customer focus
- Working in virtual teams
- 2 to 3 years experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments
- Knowledge about ITIL ITSM SCRUM
