We are looking for an experienced Senior HR & Performance Manager who understands that exceptional businesses are built by exceptional people. This role is responsible for ensuring that the Company attracts develops retains and manages high-performing employees capable of contributing to the Companys commercial success.
This is not a traditional HR role. It is a strategic leadership position responsible for building a high-performance culture where every employee contributes meaningfully towards the Companys long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead international recruitment across multiple departments.
Develop and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Screen interview and recommend exceptional candidates.
Manage employee onboarding and probation processes.
Conduct probation and performance reviews.
Identify underperformance early and implement improvement plans.
Develop employee performance frameworks and accountability systems.
Support department heads in achieving workforce performance objectives.
Build leadership development and succession planning programmes.
Promote a professional accountable and performance-driven culture.
Resolve employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor employee retention and engagement.
Work closely with Company leadership to ensure every revenue-generating position is occupied by high-performing individuals.
Continuously recommend improvements that strengthen organisational performance and contribute towards the Companys commercial objectives.

Monday Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM (United Kingdom Time)
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
Previous experience recruiting internationally.
Strong understanding of performance management.
Experience managing remote teams.
Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong leadership organisational and communication skills.
High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently within a fully remote international environment.
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in modern HR systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
