David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a young financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. Currently looking to hire a Senior FX Dealer.


Position: Senior FX Dealer

Location: MENA/APAC

Work model: Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and optimise company trading risk exposure across FX metals indices and CFD products
Oversee execution quality liquidity management and hedging processes
Configure and administer MT5 cTrader and Centroid trading environments
Monitor market conditions and implement appropriate risk control measures
Analyse trading flow to identify performance and profitability improvement opportunities
Investigate complex trading incidents and client disputes
Prepare and present dealing risk and performance reports to senior management
Support onboarding training and supervision of junior dealers
Coordinate with liquidity providers technology teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trading operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

35 years experience in dealing risk management or brokerage environment
Proven experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Manager/Admin
Strong experience with cTrader
Strong experience with Centroid
Strong understanding of A-Book B-Book and hybrid execution models
Deep knowledge of FX metals indices and CFD markets
Experience managing liquidity exposure and trading risk
Experience working in fast-growing brokerage environments
Knowledge of CRM systems and brokerage back-office operations
Familiarity with automation tools AI solutions or workflow optimisation
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Mathematics or related field.
