Join our growing organization as a Senior Finance Business Partner and play a key role in supporting business decisions through financial planning analysis and strategic recommendations.

• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Analyze profitability sales performance and operating expenses.
• Collaborate with department heads on business improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive reports and financial presentations.
• Develop financial models for expansion and investment projects.
• Lead and mentor finance professionals.

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy Finance Economics or a related course.
• CPA or CMA is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in FP&A Commercial Finance or Management Accounting.
• Experience in Retail Food Service Restaurant Chains or FMCG.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
