- Perform inspection and surveillance of pipe coating painting insulation and corrosion protection activities.
- Inspect surface preparation blasting coating application curing and coating repairs.
- Conduct coating inspections including DFT WFT holiday testing adhesion testing and environmental monitoring.
- Inspect and verify 3LPP (Three-Layer Polypropylene) coating systems concrete coating and field joint coating activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications QA/QC requirements and international standards.
- Review coating procedures material certifications inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify non-conformances and verify implementation of corrective actions.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in pipe coating and field joint coating inspection.
- Proven experience with 3LPP coating systems and concrete coating inspections.
- Strong knowledge of coating inspection techniques corrosion protection systems and pipeline coating applications.
- Valid BGAS Grade 2 or NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector Certification.
- Experience in refinery petrochemical pipeline EPC or offshore projects is highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for international project assignments.
