Job Summary
The Role
Provides organizational and human capital consulting support to business development activities and client projects/engagements delivery.
I. Business Development Support
1. Develops initial project cost estimates and drafts non-standard proposals/engagement documents.
2. Performs initial scoping to clarify requirements and identify opportunities; escalates leads to the appropriate PL.
3. Participates in scoping and proposal strategy discussions; documents and shares insights.
4. Conducts independent research on clients (industry offerings competitors).
5. Supports contracting processes (reviews approvals signatures follow-ups).
6. Coordinates project setup for successfully awarded engagements.
7. Coordinates client meetings (scheduling agenda setting) with PLs.
8. Prepares and circulates meeting notes to PLs and clients within 24 hours.
II. Project Delivery Support
1. Performs research and analysis and develops client-ready reports and presentations ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall project objectives.
2. Participates in project discussions and addresses technical inquiries.
3. Coordinates and validates client data requirements.
4. Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members during the course of the project.
5. Participates in client meetings; documents and distributes notes within 24 hours.
6. Manages meeting logistics (scheduling agendas) and responds to client inquiries.
7. Maintains organized project documentation.
III. Provides support to Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) activities as needed.
IV. Maintains time tracking and administrative records.
V. Participates in internal activities and trainings.
VI. Performs other work-related duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications
The Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Social Sciences Mathematics Statistics or equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant experience in human resources or equivalent
- Strong interest in discovering the consulting environment and desire to work with multiple clients in more than one industry and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in one of the following is absolutely required: HR (compensation and benefits talent management); sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/ data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills; accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly proactive flexible and have a can-do mentality.
- Enthusiastic creative and a team player
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
