Major Duties :1. Acts as first point of reference for day-to-day queries and serves as a liaison to related areas

2. Carries out relatively complex extensive high profile activities e.g. direct interaction with committees and more senior management

3. Carries out complex activities with significant financial client and/or internal business impact

4. Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function building towards becoming an area expert.

5. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management

6. May lead projects and/or train lower level staff.

7. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees

8. May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)

9. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas

10. Delivers a work product that requires less revision

11. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions

Knowledge :Excellent analytical consultative communication and judgment skills are required
In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge in chosen field required plus strong knowledge of related areas
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Must have good project management and communication skills and have strong working knowledge of the firm the industry and technology.

Experience :A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred. Five or more years of related business experience.
