Senior Accounting Manager – Aviation Services

We are hiring a Senior Accounting Manager (CPA) to oversee financial operations for an aviation-related business. The successful candidate will ensure financial integrity compliance and operational efficiency while leading a high-performing accounting team.

• Manage all accounting functions including GL AP AR payroll coordination and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with BIR SEC and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare accurate financial statements and executive management reports
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency
• Develop and strengthen internal accounting controls and policies
• Lead mentor and evaluate accounting team members
• Coordinate with auditors banks and government agencies
• Support strategic financial initiatives and business expansion plans

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Experience in aviation airline support services logistics or travel industry is highly preferred
• Strong expertise in tax compliance and financial analysis
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
