Position: Senior Accountant

About the job
The Senior Accountant is responsible to support the daily accounting operations of Harlan Coffee by maintaining accurate financial records through meticulous data entry processing payables and receivables and performing accounts reconciliations to ensure smooth month-end closings and reliable financial statements completion.
Key Responsibilities:
-Data Entry
-Purchases Accounting (Accounts Payable)
-Sales and Collection Accounting (Accounts Receivable)
-Month-end Support
-File Management
Who Were Looking For:
-Bachelors degree holder in Accounting or a related field
-12 years of experience in an accounting role
-Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables) and accounting systems (e.g. NetSuite or other ERPs)
-High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
-Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
