Where Youll Make a Difference

• Serve as the Corporate Treasurer of the Company in the Philippines in accordance with applicable corporate laws and SEC regulations.
• Support month-end quarter-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with US GAAP and Philippine statutory requirements.
• Prepare and review journal entries balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Analyze financial results and provide meaningful variance analysis for management review.
• Support the preparation of statutory financial statements management reports and corporate reporting packages.
• Identify investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
• Collaborate with Global Business Services and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in financial processes.
• Support internal and external audits through timely preparation of documentation and responses to audit inquiries.
• Assist with tax compliance activities and maintain supporting documentation required by local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements SOX standards and company policies.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting financial reporting treasury or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP local accounting standards statutory reporting requirements taxation and financial controls.
• Knowledge of Philippine corporate tax and SEC regulations.
• Proficiency in financial planning cash management and treasury operations.
• Strong understanding of SOX internal controls compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
