Job Summary
ABOUT THE ROLE
A review position responsible for validating fund accounting deliverables and ensuring quality standards. This role performs detailed reviews of financial statements and supports complex accounting processes while serving as a technical resource for preparers. The position focuses on quality assurance and maintaining accounting standards across deliverables.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Youll review and sign off on fund accounting reports calculations client deliverables and dashboard data to ensure accuracy quality and compliance with established procedures and SLAs.
- Youll oversee fund accounting operations support complex transaction analysis provide technical guidance to preparers and communicate resolutions to technical or operational issues.
- Youll collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to address queries coordinate deliverables support onboarding activities and manage workload planning and scheduling within the team.
- Youll drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes procedures SLAs workflows and control frameworks while documenting exceptions preparing error reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Youll support team development through performance reviews career discussions constructive feedback training cross-functional collaboration and participation in new reporting solution implementations and process enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications :
ABOUT YOU
- You hold a bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field with a CPA (or equivalent) certification preferred and at least 4 years of relevant experience including 2 years in performance and analytics fund accounting financial reporting or audit.
- You have a strong understanding of accounting standards statutory requirements and regulatory frameworks with the ability to apply them effectively in a professional environment.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and possess strong communication and documentation skills to clearly articulate processes findings and operational risks.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational multitasking and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently manage varying levels of complexity and deliver high-quality results.
- You are a proactive adaptable and collaborative professional with a strong commitment to quality standards continuous learning knowledge sharing and supporting team development and training initiatives.
