Job Summary
Position: Senior Accountant
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 AM 4 PM (PH Time)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our client finance team in a remote capacity. Reporting directly to the CFO this role offers significant exposure to a complex multi-entity organization and the opportunity to help strengthen and scale the finance function.
In this role you will:
Financial Operations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes across multiple entities
- Perform bank balance sheet and inter company reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and exceptions
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities
Reporting & Analysis
- Support the preparation of management reports and financial analysis
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and cash flow reporting
- Support BAS preparation and compliance activities
- Assist with financial reporting across multiple entities
- Provide clear financial insights to support business decision-making
Business Support
- Liaise with branch managers and operational staff across multiple business units
- Assist with finance system administration and process improvement initiatives
- Provide direct support to the CFO on financial and operational projects
- Contribute to scalable finance processes that support future growth
- Handle financial information with a high level of confidentiality integrity and data security awareness
Requirements
Were Looking for Someone Who has:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an accounting finance or senior accounts role
- Accounting degree bookkeeping qualification or equivalent practical experience
- CPA CA ACCA or equivalent qualification completed or in progress
- Strong understanding of accounts payable accounts receivable reconciliations and general accounting principles
- Experience supporting month-end reporting and financial management processes
- Experience assisting with budgeting forecasting and management reporting
- Previous experience supporting Australian businesses including familiarity with GST BAS preparation Australian accounting practices and multi-entity structures
Technical Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including reporting data analysis and reconciliation functions
- Experience using MYOB Acumatica / MYOB Advanced
- Experience working with ERP and business management systems
- Exposure to operational or point-of-sale platforms such as Megabus Marlin GTX Pronto MCS or similar systems
- Experience using Microsoft 365 including Outlook Excel Teams SharePoint and OneDrive
