Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our client finance team in a remote capacity. Reporting directly to the CFO this role offers significant exposure to a complex multi-entity organization and the opportunity to help strengthen and scale the finance function.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 AM 4 PM (PH Time)
• Work Set up: Onsite
• Salary range: PHP 65000 - 90000

In this role you will:

Financial Operations

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes across multiple entities
• Perform bank balance sheet and inter company reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and exceptions
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities

Reporting & Analysis

• Support the preparation of management reports and financial analysis
• Assist with budgeting forecasting and cash flow reporting
• Support BAS preparation and compliance activities
• Assist with financial reporting across multiple entities
• Provide clear financial insights to support business decision-making

Business Support

• Liaise with branch managers and operational staff across multiple business units
• Assist with finance system administration and process improvement initiatives
• Provide direct support to the CFO on financial and operational projects
• Contribute to scalable finance processes that support future growth
• Handle financial information with a high level of confidentiality integrity and data security awareness

Were Looking for Someone Who has:

• Minimum 5 years experience in an accounting finance or senior accounts role
• Accounting degree bookkeeping qualification or equivalent practical experience
• CPA CA ACCA or equivalent qualification completed or in progress
• Strong understanding of accounts payable accounts receivable reconciliations and general accounting principles
• Experience supporting month-end reporting and financial management processes
• Experience assisting with budgeting forecasting and management reporting
• Previous experience supporting Australian businesses including familiarity with GST BAS preparation Australian accounting practices and multi-entity structures

Technical Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including reporting data analysis and reconciliation functions
• Experience using MYOB Acumatica / MYOB Advanced
• Experience working with ERP and business management systems
• Exposure to operational or point-of-sale platforms such as Megabus Marlin GTX Pronto MCS or similar systems
• Experience using Microsoft 365 including Outlook Excel Teams SharePoint and OneDrive
