Our Information Security and Data Protection team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Security Architecture and Engineering Lead.

In this role you will support the Head of Security Architecture and Engineering in designing implementing and continuously improving a robust information security architecture that aligns with organizational objectives and security requirements. You will leverage hands-on expertise in security architecture and engineering to strengthen the organizations security posture through the development enhancement and optimization of security solutions and frameworks.

What the role will entail

Support the design implementation and continuous improvement of the organizations security architecture in partnership with the Head of Security Architecture and Engineering.

Develop and maintain security blueprints standards and frameworks for networks applications and enterprise systems.

Provide technical expertise in security architecture and engineering ensuring alignment with industry best practices and evolving threat landscapes.

Design review and enhance security controls recommending and implementing improvements to strengthen organizational security.

Integrate security controls into infrastructure cloud environments and application development processes including the establishment of secure coding standards.

Implement and maintain risk management frameworks to support security architecture decisions and mitigate cybersecurity risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and communicate security strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Information and Communications Technology Computer Science or any related field
• Holds at least one recognized professional cybersecurity certification such as CISSP CISM GSEC or a similar credential.
• Proven experience in Information Security Network Security IT Security Cybersecurity IT Risk Management or related roles within the banking industry or a comparable highly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing engineering and implementing security frameworks solutions and services for medium to large-scale organizations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security across IaaS PaaS and SaaS environments with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements including ISO NIST SANS COBIT PCI DSS Data Privacy Act (DPA) and BSP regulations.
