What does Medical Affairs contribute to Cardinal Health

The Medical Affairs function manages the clinical education medical writing and communications research health care economics and patient safety while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and governing requirements for Cardinal Health products and services.

Medical Writing is a specialized role that creates clear accurate and compliant documents to communicate complex clinical and scientific data. It supports regulatory submissions clinical research and scientific communications by interpreting data and producing protocols reports regulatory dossiers presentations congress abstracts and peer-reviewed publications all in alignment with industry and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience preferred
• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred

• Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
• Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
• Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
• Applies judgment within defined parameters
• Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
• Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
