About the Job:

We are looking for an SAP BW/HANA Senior Associate to join our clients Digital Core Modernisation practice and support data management analytics and business transformation this role you will analyze client requirements develop data models and deliver SAP data and analytics solutions using SAP BW/4HANA SAP HANA and related technologies. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to improve data quality enable data-driven decision-making and deliver effective solutions while developing your technical and consulting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and design SAP data management and analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models using SAP BW on HANA and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Perform data analysis and support reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop reports dashboards and visualizations using SAP BusinessObjects BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Support data integration and migration initiatives using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to improve data management processes data quality and accessibility.
• Provide technical guidance training and support for SAP data and analytics solutions.
• Implement data quality security and integrity measures across SAP data environments.
• Troubleshoot complex data and technical issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Contribute to process improvement automation and innovation initiatives.
• Build strong client relationships and effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and support their technical development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience in SAP BW SAP HANA data analytics or related technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects BI for reporting and analytics.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Intelligence Cloud data integration and data migration is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of data modeling data quality data integration and analytics concepts.
• Experience in data-driven consulting and working directly with clients or stakeholders.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in complex and evolving environments.
• SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions are an advantage including SAP Analytics Cloud SAP Datasphere SAP BW/4HANA SAP Data Intelligence or related data platform certifications.
