About the Job:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect - Senior Manager to join our clients Salesforce practice within the Commercial & Service Excellence this role you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions that optimize operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives. You will provide technical guidance across Salesforce projects with a strong focus on Salesforce Lightning Sales Cloud Service Cloud enterprise integration and emerging technologies. You will also work closely with clients and teams to validate outcomes provide training and support and drive continuous improvement across Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to optimize client operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide technical guidance in the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce projects.
• Leverage Salesforce Lightning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to design and enhance client solutions.
• Lead complex Salesforce implementations including technology integration and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Provide training and support to ensure seamless integration and effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to improve client understanding and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify business challenges validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into solution delivery.
• Promote innovative design process standardization and technology integration to improve business performance.
• Validate data integrity and compliance within Salesforce environments.
• Guide and coach teams in delivering Salesforce solutions and resolving complex technical and business challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 10 years of professional experience with substantial experience in Salesforce solution design implementation and consulting.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce Lightning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong experience in enterprise integration and systems project management.
• Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator Business Analyst Advanced Administrator Platform App Builder or other relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
