Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design develop test and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that support business requirements. The role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce enhancements integrations and custom applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customize test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows SOQL/SOSL and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  
• Participate in sprint planning estimation development testing and delivery activities.
  
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST SOAP web services webhooks and middleware technologies.
  
• Create and maintain Apex test classes and ensure appropriate test coverage.
  
• Apply Salesforce development best practices including governor limits security performance scalability and data modeling.
  
• Implement Apex design patterns and asynchronous processing where required.
  
• Perform troubleshooting debugging root-cause analysis and production issue resolution.
  
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to development standards and quality practices.
  
• Identify and address technical debt and opportunities for system improvement.
  
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a structured business environment.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex LWC Salesforce Flows SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce customization.
  
• Strong understanding of Apex design patterns asynchronous processing governor limits data modeling sharing rules and Salesforce security.
  
• Experience developing and supporting REST/SOAP APIs web services and Salesforce integrations.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
  
• Ability to develop scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Required
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Preferred
  
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Preferred
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
