Set-up and Location: Work From Home Philippines Work Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (AEDT) 6:30 AM-3:30 PM (PH Time) Employment Type: Full-time What Youll Do Salesforce Application Architect who is already operating at senior engineering level and is progressing strongly into architecture. This is a player/coach role: you will own solution design and remain hands-on in delivery lifting engineering standards and ensuring secure scalable outcomes for our clients. OmniStudio experience is required but this role is primarily focused on end-to-end Salesforce platform architecture and delivery leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design across Salesforce: data model security/sharing model automation strategy integration patterns and non-functional requirements (performance scalability maintainability). Build and deliver hands-on using Apex LWC Flows SOQL and configuration. Provide technical leadership: standards code reviews test approach release readiness and delivery governance. Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP) including mapping transformation resiliency and error handling. Uplift and modernise existing orgs (security/access reviews refactoring legacy implementations workflow/process migration to Flow). Mentor developers and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality technical delivery. Requirements What You Bring Were looking for someone who: Mandatory certifications (requirement applications without these will not be progressed) Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant Salesforce AI Associate Required experience Salesforce delivery background with strong hands-on engineering capability. Practical experience contributing to architecture outcomes (security data integration maintainability) in complex environments. OmniStudio exposure (required) including FlexCards/OmniScripts/DataRaptors/Integration Procedures.
