Sales Team Leader

Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader (Tech Products) to oversee daily store operations and lead a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology customer service and sales leadership with strong knowledge of laptops computers gadgets and accessories.

• College Level or College Graduate
• At least 24 years of experience in a Team Leader Supervisor or similar role
• Retail sales experience is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable in laptops computers gadgets and technology accessories
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
• Strong leadership communication and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setup

• Supervise daily store operations and sales team performance
• Lead motivate and coach staff to achieve sales targets
• Assist customers by recommending suitable technology products and solutions
• Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge among team members
• Monitor inventory levels stock movement and POS transactions
• Handle customer concerns complaints and escalations professionally
• Conduct staff training and performance coaching
• Ensure proper product display store cleanliness and operational standards
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Support store promotions and sales initiatives
