Job Purpose

To achieve sales and distribution targets by servicing assigned traditional trade outlets developing strong customer relationships executing in-store activities and ensuring product availability visibility and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned retail outlets according to the approved route plan.
Sell and promote company products to retailers wholesalers and independent stores.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
Ensure product availability optimum stock levels and effective merchandising at point of sale.
Expand numeric distribution by identifying and opening new customers.
Execute promotional activities and visibility programs in the market.
Collect market intelligence on competitor activities pricing and customer needs.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues promptly.
Submit accurate sales stock and collection reports on time.
Support collection of outstanding payments in line with company policy.

Sales volume and value achievement
Numeric distribution and outlet coverage
New outlet acquisition
Product availability (OSA)
Merchandising and visibility compliance
Collection and receivables performance
Route plan compliance

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Previous Sales experience in FMCG/consumer goods.
Good communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Basic proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.
