Sales Optimization Supervisor (Pooling)

The Sales Operations Optimization Supervisor is responsible for driving excellence and value across all business operations through performance optimization. This role serves as a key liaison educator and partner within Agribusiness Philippines working with various teams including Feeds Sales Marketing NITR and QM as well as external partners such as Animal Production Specialists and business customers. The supervisor will collect and analyze performance data implement training programs manage optimization initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate goals culture and business outcomes. 

Qualifications :

Education:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as:

• Human Resources Management
• Organizational Development
• Psychology
• Education or Training and Development
• Business Administration
• Communications
• Masters degree or additional certifications in Training & Development Business Optimization or Project Management is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales operations training & development business optimization or a related field.
• Proven track record in data analysis process improvement and digital solutions implementation.

License/s: 

• Relevant certifications in business analytics training & development or project management are preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Experience with instructional design and curriculum development
• Proficiency in e-learning tools and digital training platforms
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Data analysis and reporting related to training effectiveness
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel as needed for training and business development initiatives
• The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a strong passion for both people and process development
