Position : Sales Operations and Lead Generation Assistant

Work Hours (Client) : Part-time 20 hours/week Monday to Friday

Pay Range : $800$1200/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Remote (ideally Philippines or South Africa but open globally)

Role Overview:

Were looking for a highly organized resourceful and detail-oriented Sales Operations / Lead Generation Assistant to support our sales team with research lead mapping trip planning and administrative follow-through. This is not a client-facing sales role. The ideal candidate will be a strong researcher and organizer who can help our sales team save time by handling the groundwork behind sales outreach and market visits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research and build lead lists for sales trips and market expansion
• Map out target accounts using tools like LinkedIn Google Maps and web research
• Organize leads by priority geography and relevance
• Maintain clean spreadsheets and sales tracking documents
• Help prepare sales trip materials and itineraries
• Input and organize notes from the sales team
• Support CRM and admin-related tasks tied to lead generation
• Assist with post-trip follow-up organization and documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Strong at online research and lead generation
• Comfortable using spreadsheets Google Maps LinkedIn and AI tools
• Able to communicate clearly with an internal team
• Experience supporting sales teams operations or research roles is a plus
• Familiarity with hospitality food service or multi-location businesses is a bonus

• Sales reps get high-quality lead lists before trips
• Data is organized accurate and easy to use
• The team spends less time on research/admin and more time selling
• Sales activities are clearly documented and easy to track

• This role is focused on support and coordination not direct prospecting or client outreach
• The candidate should be comfortable working across time zones
