Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets expand the customer base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Lead coach and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Set sales goals track progress and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelors Degree.
- With at least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager .
- Preferable with sales experience in water filtration kitchen equipment or laundry machine.
- Goal oriented good strategic planning and organizing skill.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
