Sales Manager - Heavy Infrastructure Products Cebu Philippines
A heavy infrastructure manufacturing group is looking for aSales Manager to expand the companys customer scope in the Visayas Region. The successful candidate reporting directly to the Vice President for Sales with dotted line to the CEO will be responsible in developing and executing marketing plans drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness by leading cross-functional teams analyzing market trends manage customer relations and lead the sales and marketing operations.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or relative degree
10 years of experience in sales and marketing with at least five (5) years in leadership role
Proven expertise in market research sales strategy development and budget management
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in working and managing cross-functional team
Expert in contract negotiations customer relationship management and develop sales programs across multiple product lines
