Sales Executive Lead, Prediction Markets

Prediction Markets is a high growth market segment for Sportradar as we enable our clients to build and trade the next generation of sports markets.

Sportradar is looking to bring in a seasoned seller with proven experience to execute our commercial strategy in the prediction markets this role you will be the bridge between our technology and the broader financial sports and data industries. Youll own a book of new and existing accounts and work closely with cross-functional groups to help shape a new category for Sportradar. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President Prediction Markets.

THE CHALLENGE

• Build and manage a pipeline of Prediction Market market makers and liquidity providers from qualifying leads to proactive outreach
• Lead deal processes end to end: discovery solution design pricing proposals and contract negotiation 
• Package the right mix of data products and additional services to each clients use case 
• Develop maintain and grow senior relationships with client leadership teams 
• Contribute to the development of regional market intelligence identifying emerging trends governance developments regulatory changes competitive dynamics and growth opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and business forecast
• Represent Sportradar at industry events and client meetings 

ABOUT YOU

• 7 years in Sales or Business Development with at least three years selling data technology or trading products into fintech or capital markets.
• A deep understanding of prediction markets order book mechanics and derivatives trading is highly preferred.
• An existing network of contacts within institutional finance market makers and digital assets
• A proven track record of closing 7-figure enterprise deals and managing complex multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Ability to communicate effectively with founders traders product leads and executives. 
• Disciplined pipeline management in a CRM such as Salesforce. 
• Willingness to travel mostly within the US

Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range dependent on job-related non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience qualifications and location.
