Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Research:
- Identify and qualify potential prospects through online research databases and social media (LinkedIn Telegram Twitter etc.).
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system with accuracy.
- Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling:
- Conduct cold calls personalized emails and social selling to engage decision-makers.
- Communicate the value proposition of our Web3 and AI-focused events to potential sponsors partners and clients.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Sales Managers with targeted prospects.
- Ensure seamless handover of lead information and context to the Sales team.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with Sales Managers to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Provide regular reports on lead pipeline outreach activities and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 2 years in a Sales Development Representative Business Development or Lead Generation role (experience in tech events or SaaS preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written in English).
- Proven ability to make cold calls and handle objections confidently.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and outreach automation platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Mindset:
- Self-motivated target-driven and resilient in achieving KPIs.
- Passion for Web3 Blockchain Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Willingness to work remotely but strictly aligned to Dubai (DXB) time zone.
