Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling email campaigns LinkedIn outreach referrals and networking.
Prospect and engage founders business owners HR leaders talent acquisition teams and hiring managers.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and business challenges.
Present and sell recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
Build manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator HubSpot GoHighLevel and other sales tools to drive business development activities.
Develop document and continuously improve sales playbooks outreach sequences and prospecting strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM records sales forecasts and activity tracking.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and leadership to ensure successful client delivery.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities.
Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Experience creating implementing and optimizing sales playbooks and sales processes.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Comfortable engaging with decision-makers across multiple countries and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Human Resources Psychology Marketing Communications or a related field.
Previous experience selling recruitment staffing executive search or HR solutions.
Demonstrated experience selling into EMEA and/or APAC markets including managing prospects across different cultures business environments and time zones.
Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
Familiarity with recruitment industry trends and talent acquisition challenges.
