Rookie Activation and Advisor Development Head

TheRookie AdvisorActivation and AdvisorDevelopmentHeadwillleadthe development of contentforallAdvisorlearning modalities including Face to Face Online and this role youwill beresponsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective blended learning experiences that drive business outcomes. You will overseethe entire learning lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation ensuring that our learning programs are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable results.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategy & Proposition Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning strategy that aligns with organizations business objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders includingsubject matterexpertspractitioners to identify Agency Capability development needs and develop appropriate learning interventions and tools.
• Stay abreast oftalent developmenttrends and best practices to ensure the integration of innovative and effective learning solutions.
• Recommend external providers to meet the capabilityrequirements of the agency distribution.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of rookie activation and advisor development programs ensuring alignment with Agency Distribution priorities and Manulife Business Academy standards.
• Establish program standards governance routines and quality measures to ensure consistency effectiveness and scalability of advisor development programs.
• Influence business stakeholders subject matter experts and delivery partners to alignon program priorities learning outcomes and execution plans.

Program Delivery & Governance:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for advisor learning experience design providing professional advice to stakeholders on learning strategy program structure delivery approach and capability interventions.
• Oversee the creationof high-quality learning materials including eLearning courses interactive modules and trainer-led programs.
• Conduct Train the Trainers programwith agency distribution personneltoscale-upcapability in the delivery of learning modules.
• Deliver learning modules and training programsas needed by theagency distribution.
• Ensure that all learning materials are accessible inclusive and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Establish and maintain governance structuresfollowing the established LXD process.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Leverage data analytics to assess the impact of learning interventions and make informed decisions for future initiatives.
• Collaboratewith Data Analytics to prepare regular reports for leadership highlighting the effectiveness of learning initiatives and suggesting areas for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams involving Agency Distribution Data Analytics learning delivery teams and external providers to deliver agreed program outcomes.

Technology Integration:

• Explore recommend & implement cutting-edge learning technologies to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programsincluding but not limited to LMS.
• Use learning analytics and business performance indicators to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance advisor activation development and retention outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in human resources Organizational Development any business-related course.
• Proven experience in designing and implementingLXDstrategies impacting organizations Sales performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and project management skills.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies.
• Expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate or similar.
• Familiarity withlearning management systems (LMS) learning analyticsand emerging technologies in the L&D field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in sales and/or distribution management
