Job Summary
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings floor plans elevations sections and details for residential projects using REVIT.
- Assist in developing construction documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant building codes and council requirements.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback from senior staff designers engineers or clients.
- Maintain drawing files project records and documentation in accordance with office standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure drawings align with project timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with residential building code changes drafting standards and technical requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or Interior Design is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in residential drafting or architectural documentation.
- Proficiency in REVIT for residential design and documentation.
- Strong understanding of residential building codes construction methods and documentation standards.
- Ability to produce accurate drawings with strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with designers engineers and project teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple revisions and deadlines.
- Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into clear technical documentation.
