Revit and 3Ds Max Drafter

The Revit Drafter / 3ds Max Drafter will be responsible for producing detailed architectural and interior design drawings 3D models and visualizations that accurately represent project concepts and specifications. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Autodesk Revit and 3ds Max with an eye for precision aesthetics and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural and interior drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max for design visualization.
• Collaborate with architects designers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Update and maintain drawing sets throughout project development phases.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to integrate structural and MEP components.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company drafting standards and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and design documentation.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture Drafting Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Revit drafting and 3D modeling.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3ds Max; experience with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing construction documentation and design visualization.
• Familiarity with rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer is a plus.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and translate concepts into accurate 3D models.
